Policies
- Orders should be e-mailed or faxed to minimize errors.
- E-mail to [email protected] or fax to 865-675-4416
- Orders should be placed by 2:00 pm to ensure same day shipment of stock items
- Terms are Net 30 from Invoice Date
- Samples are available for most stock products and our preference is “If in doubt, try before you buy!”
- All products will be shipped prepaid and added to invoice unless otherwise specified on your order
- Invoices are sent electronically
- All freight is F.O.B. mill
- Returns: please call our office to receive a return authorization. Credit will not be issued without prior approval. Please follow return instructions exactly, including marking the RA# on all cartons and paperwork. Returns must be completed within 30 days of issue of RA#.
- A 20% restocking fee for returns will apply in most cases
- No returns will be accepted after 90 days
- All Quotes are valid for 30 days
